Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether registered under the same name, address, email, payment method, device, or IP address — syukur66 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, cancel all pending transactions, and forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated Winnings.

All deposits are processed and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For USDT deposits, the prevailing MYR/USDT exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction will determine the MYR value credited to the Account. syukur66 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR-denominated deposits; however, cryptocurrency network transaction fees are the responsibility of the depositing player.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the registered player's own name. Payments made from accounts not matching the registered Account holder's name will be rejected and returned. syukur66 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
Players may request a withdrawal of Available Balance to their verified payment method at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or associated Winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. For example, a RM100 bonus subject to a 20x Wagering Requirement requires a total of RM2,000 in eligible wagers before a withdrawal can be requested.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward Wagering Requirement fulfilment. Slot games typically contribute 100%. All games and betting markets available on the syukur66 Platform are governed by individual game rules and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant sports governing body. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable rules.

Where an Account is closed at syukur66's discretion due to a breach of these Terms, any Available Balance consisting of Deposited Funds (net of Bonus Funds and Winnings derived from Bonus Funds) may be returned to the player following the conclusion of any investigation, at syukur66's sole discretion.
